Booking your appointment online via HealthEngine is quick and easy for general consultations. However, online bookings are not available for Dr. Yung and Dr. Rust.

For specific needs like Pap smears or COVID-19 vaccinations, please call the clinic directly to arrange your appointment. If your preferred doctor isn’t available, our team will contact you to reschedule or help arrange another suitable time.

  • No Appointment Needed: Walk-ins are welcome, but patients with appointments and emergencies are prioritised.
  • Inform Reception: If you need a long consultation or have an emergency, let the receptionist know when booking.

Important reminders

Medical practitioners are available from 9:00 AM onwards, while Pathology and Physiotherapy services begin at 8:00 AM.

Please note, we may stop accepting patients before closing if all doctors are fully booked. If you’re visiting as a walk-in, we recommend arriving at least one hour before closing to ensure you can be seen.

Use above descriptions as guideline when booking appointments and inform receptionist if you think long consultation is necessary.

Short Appointment Renewed prescriptions and ongoing referral letters.

Normal Appointment Routine care, preventive care, chronic care, and referral letters to new specialists.

Long Appointment New patients, excisions, and complex conditions.

What should I do if my preferred doctor isn’t available?

If your preferred doctor is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange another appointment or suggest an alternative doctor.

Are cancellations or missed appointments charged?

We appreciate you informing us of cancellations. No fees are charged for cancellations or missed appointments.

Are there any specific requirements for face-to-face consultations?

Yes, patients with COVID-19 symptoms must provide a negative RAT test. Masks are mandatory for all in-person visits.

Do I need an appointment on Saturdays?

No, Saturdays are reserved for walk-ins only. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
