- A negative RAT test is required for face-to-face consultations. Bring your RAT test cassette for verification.

If you need a doctor outside of regular hours, please call 13SICK (137425) to arrange a visit from the Home Doctor Service.
Do you offer home visits?
Home visits are available for regular patients whose conditions prevent them from visiting the clinic. Please discuss directly with your doctor or call 13SICK (137425) to arrange an after-hours visit.
Are walk-ins accepted?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome; however, priority is given to patients with appointments and emergencies. Wait times for walk-ins may vary.
Do you charge for missed or cancelled appointments?
We do not charge cancellation fees, but we appreciate being informed if you need to cancel or reschedule.
How can I access my test results?
Test results are not given over the phone due to confidentiality reasons. Please book a follow-up appointment to discuss your results with your doctor.
Do I need an appointment on Saturdays?
No, Saturdays are reserved for walk-ins only. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
